Gabe was very professional in answering the phone. I informed him that his phone greet would make me want to do business. All staff were friendly and loved the huge waiting room and many chairs

As a long time customer of discount tire, they have now become a company that cares more about money than its customers. Upselling me for a “recommended” alignment when in reality, my car did not need it. It’s been a great run discount tire, now it’s time to find a new company that cares about people, not money
